GIS – A platform for Smart Cities

PIONEER IN GEOSPATIAL DOMAIN

Get associated with ESRI ArcGIS platform

The mapping and analytics platform ArcGIS – create, manage, share and analyze spatial data.

We are partner of ESRI to promote the range of GIS and Remote Sensing products including ArcGIS and ENVI. ArcGIS offers unique capabilities and flexible licensing for applying location-based analytics to your business practices. Gain greater insights using contextual tools to visualize and analyze your data. Collaborate and share via maps, apps, dashboards and reports.

A geographic information system (GIS) is a technology for gathering, managing, and analyzing geospatial data. It involves the science of geography and computer engineering. It analyzes spatial location and organizes layers of information into visualizations using maps and 3D scenes. GIS helps you to dig deeper insights into data, such as patterns, relationships, and situations, thereby helping you to take better decisions. We understand that hundreds of thousands of organizations, individuals in virtually every field are using GIS to make or use maps to communicate, perform analysis, share information, and solve complex problems around the world. GIS has become now part of our day to day life. This technology applies geographic science with tools for understanding and sharing thereby to reach a common goal, i.e. to gain actionable intelligence from all types of data in multiple ways.

We are associated with several academic institutions like Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), Central Universities, State Universities and research institutes who contributes towards research in the Geospatial domain. We supply the technology, implement, run and train the enthusiasts with the latest trends and tools available with the platform. We also work very closely with the Govt departments, Municipal corporations and corporates with their need of GIS platform.

  • esri ArcGIS

    ArcGIS Desktop

There are three ArcGIS Desktop license levels: Basic, Standard, and Advanced. Each successive level adds functionality to the previous level. It gives you the power to manage and integrate your data, perform advanced analysis, model and automate operational processes, and display your results on maps.

  • ENVI + IDL

ENVI is remote sensing and image analysis software which extracts meaningful information from imagery to make better decisions. ENVI is very much popular in case of Hyperspectral analysis and mineral exploration. Scientist in India have produced very good results using Indian Satellite imageries like Cartosat using ENVI Software.

  • EIGAP

Esri India GIS Academy Program - Esri India is engaging with academic institutions to help them with the current technology tools and training to further augment their efforts in building right skilled capacity for Geospatial industry. Esri software at affordable price points to setup a GIS Lab for a department.

Esri is world’s leading Geographic Information System (GIS) software and solutions provider. For almost 2 decades, Esri India has worked with thousands of customers, across a diverse range of industries such as Government, Academia, Defence and Private Sector helping them make timely, informed and mission-critical decisions by leveraging the power of geography. EIGAP – program is focused towards capacity building for much required GIS professionals in the country. There is a considerable demand of high quality and well trained GIS professionals in industries and sectors like Utilities, Mining, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Defence & Intelligence, Banking and Financial sector, Retail, Insurance, Space, Central & state Governments, Smart Cities, Education and more. Moreover, the recent growth spurt in GIS industry because of government backed projects like AMRUT, Smart Cities, Swachh Bharat and others has increased the demand of industry ready GIS professionals. Unfortunately, there are very few institutions in the country today providing the required skills on Geospatial and related subjects. This shortcoming in past few years has increased the gap in availability of trained professionals.
